She has been collaborating with CGMA associated law firm since 2007 and she provides legal support to Italian and foreign clients in different areas of civil law. She specializes in labour and social security law, credit collection and enforcement procedures, and consumer law.

Biography

Marta Miglioli, who has been a qualified lawyer since January 2011, got her Law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano (University of Milan) in 2007.

EXPERTISE AND COLLABORATIONS

• Since 2008 she is a member of the Legal Advisory of Federconsumatori (Consumers’ Association) of Piacenza and of the Civil Chamber of Piacenza since 2013.
• She speaks Italian, English and German and she has got a basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
